Italo sketches the anatomy and gestures of this character: the line indicates the volumes so precisely and vividly that it is not even necessary to shade them with a few hatching.
For this nude Italo chooses the conté pencil which allows him to render the harmony of the feminine body with the essential line of a calligraphy. Here there is no fine-tuning or hesitation, but a direct, immediate, authentic expression.
Italo, always on the subject, continues his contemplation of the female body, exalting its coherence and freedom, as well as its human fragility.
